The project included preliminary planning, sitework design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, permitting and construction administration for a 7,000 square foot commercial building, a 7,758 square foot restaurant and a future commercial building on a 3.3 acre site. The stormwater system consisted of pipework and a stormwater detention pond for the entire site. Permitting through the City of Pensacola, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority, NWFWMD ERP, and FDOT was required. Deceleration and turn lanes at one of the busiest intersections in Pensacola were permitted through FDOT. The sewer design required a lift station and force main under Davis Highway to an existing ECUA manhole a block away.
Fabre Engineering & Surveying was responsible for all Civil Engineering and Surveying aspects of this project including preliminary planning, boundary and topographic surveying, infrastructure design, and permit coordination. Construction Cost: Phase I: $ 575,000.00
